Nut Free Porridege
Oat Free Hot Cereal
Oat Free Porridge
4 C. cold milk (I used cashew milk)
1 C. chopped apple
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C. raisins (optional)
In a medium size pot mix cold milk, porridge mix, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla till all ingredients are well combined.
Add apple, raisins and oil to the pot and place it in the stove top in medium high heat
Stir to prevent the porridge to stick in the bottom of the pot.
When thick and bubbly remove from heat. Let it rest for two minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings. I used walnuts and cinnamon.
It makes five servings
